REVERSIBLE WINDOWS
Reversible windows, also called top-turn windows, open just like top guided windows, but can be turned 180 degrees to be cleaned from the inside. Reversible window sliding brackets allow for 180 degree turn function, and can be advantageous if it is difficult to reach the window from the outside, e.g., due to height or other obstacles. There is no friction brake in the bracket and top-turn position therefore may not be used for ventilation. The window comes with a protector that stops opening at approximately 10 cm. By releasing the protector, the window can be turned all the way around, and thus can be cleaned from indoors.
ADVANTAGES OF A REVERSIBLE WINDOW
- Makes indoor cleaning possible.
- Suitable for multi-storey buildings and for single-family homes with a first floor in which cleaning from the outside is difficult due to height.
- Available in 2- and 3- layer glass in wood or wood/aluminium.
MANY CHOICES
The cottage emphasizes rural and romantic home design, and you can build the window so that it matches your home exactly, with 1, 2, 3 or 4 sections and with traditional rails that form a plus shape, or just with horizontal rails. Choose between three different mullion thicknesses depending on whether you are looking for a slender or a more robust home design.
TIP
Choose a click valve so you can ventilate with a single click - without having to leave the window ajar. Click valves are also called venting valves, and they allow for ventilation without having to open the window. This way, you won't tempt uninvited guests with open windows.
