Delivery 

Check on delivery that the units are as specified in the delivery contract.

Damages

Contact the supplier immediately if there are any faults, missing parts or transport damage such as scratches, cracks, chips or broken glass.

Within 5 days 

If you do not contact the supplier within 5 days concerning any damage etc., you will lose your right to claim. The same applies if the units are installed.

Handling and unloading 

Handling and unloading must be done carefully, and the units must be stores on a flat surface, properly covered and protected against moisture, dirt and weather.

Transport 

Check that all doors are delivered with transport securing blocks, to ensure that the door does not open during transport. These must be removed prior to installation!
